Actually not just Jacquere - 50/50 Jacquere and Mondruse = pink bubbles. Really well balanced, almost completely dry but with slightly lower acidity than your typical bubbles plus a nice dose of CO2 from the bubbles so it all works out. Nice strawberry cream / strawberry starburst character, a touch waxy, nice minerality too. A fun wine.

Crazy, slightly tart, mild sweetness, hints of grass and gooseberries. One of the most interesting sparklings I've tasted in a while, and pairs well with all kinds of wacky food.
