Lots of gravel/slate with lime and a light rose after taste. Acidity is very well balanced. Is it weird this made me think of the wine version of a margarita? This Texan approves!

Languedoc wines are usually too zzzzzzZzzz but Mamen put this one for me so now I like it. And I could have a bottle. But it has to be almost frozen.

A favorite variety. Wonderful pairing with Cambodian / Thai food (Elephant Walk). Picked by Gordon -- great instincts! Good acidity, finish.
