Also had at Swift & Sons in Chicago. The price delta between a younger CDP Beaucastel and the aged 93 Lazaret was minimal and very worth it. Like lavender rolled in clay and then dried over sage. So damn good. Big boozy sappy tannic tar when opened but 30 mins later it came out to play.
