Really great white. The chard shows a bit stronger in this than with the Domaine du Salvard. More rich, tropical tones in the yellow and red range, but still that minerality and vibrant focus of SB in the Cheverny I know and love. Tasty and refreshing.

2021. Really interesting citrus and mineral aromas and flavors. Not exactly lime, lemon, or grapefruit. More tropical. Great mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Paired really well with roast salmon.
