Touch of the animal. Bitter plum, juicy with some grippy tannins lingering on the back. Recently have had better experiences with this producer than with Tempier red.

Another great bottle from this guy. Had the Brett, but totally in check. Dark plummy fruit and fairly ripe. Would like to see this producer from less ripe vintages.

What can one say when a wine is at the perfect temp and you're with the ones you love? RIEN! You just enjoy a wine so ready and well-balanced, ripe and forward-friendly. Round profile with tannins kept in check! Quite remarkable!

Tar and pepper on the nose, but some brighter berry fruit. Medium weight with a great acid tannin balance. Beautiful wine.

Dark berries. Forest floor. Rustic and clean. Bit gassy, but blows off.
