Pineapple on the nose which is quite simple. The bottle was opened 2 days ago and we drank half of it. We stored it in the fridge with a cork. The palate shows balance and minerality. Not really consistent with the nose but pleasant. Lemon, butter (a pinch) and a long persistence on the finish along the acid backbone. Not bad at all. Your daily go to burg Chardonnay
