Drinking a 2008 in July 2015. Can't believe we have a bit leftover from last nights dinner. I love the broad spread texture on the palate of this wine; a "take me-I'm yours" way to greet the taste buds. A hint of earthiness, dare I say 'black truffle' on the nose. Jean-Michel says potting soil.
