Cabernet Sauvignon, groslot, cab franc, gamay. Fermentation seems unfinished, on nose. Slightly apple cider vinegar acidity.
Bright, sticky ripe blackberry and plum nose.
Dry, medium plus, minty tannin - too tannic on day 2.
