77 weeks ago I described this CdP as a blockbuster with some alcoholic heat. Today, elegance is coming in and sharp edges are way softer than last time. Very good evolution!

Apr 29th, 2022Blockbuster CdP which went well with our lambchops and Ottolenghi sidedishes. Very fruitdriven followed by some alcoholic heat. I guess bottle age will soften that down
