Great pairing with a Malaysian style, curry based dish from Green Chef. The warm, peppery flavors, full bodied soft tannins in this Southern Rhone perfectly matched it. 1 + 1 = 3. That is so fun about wine.

Feb 12th, 2021Pick this wine up from Costco at a very decent price and I was very satisfied. I drank this over three days and I want to say the second day was the best. It was definitely fruit-forward, full-bodied, and some pepper at the end. Not big on wines with pepper but this one did not disappoint and I would definitely buy again.

Tannins are a little rough, needs more age to settle down. Full bodied, peppery, with bright fruit in the background. Drink 2015 vintage 2020 or later.
