E equibilibrato e elegante. Bourgone sarebbero i nostri favariti come la gente nel mondo. E’ buono con anche pesce. Era piu buono di Joseph Dorfine che abbiamo bevuto un paio settimane fa. Solo e un po costoso per noi. Spero il disconto di nuovo.
