Yum! Delicious Petit Chablis with white floral aromas at the forefront, specifically acacia. There is also chalky, flinty minerals, lemon zest, green apple and a suggestion of pineapple with some air. On the palate, fruit is intense but precise. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy, chalky, and perhaps a touch off-dry. Really looking forward to trying other bottlings by this producer.
