Fresh and fruity with tame tannins. A really nice CdRV to drink young. Stephanie (la beauté au caveau) described it as “gourmandise” which she translated as “greedy”. But what I think she meant was that it is easy drinking and you gulp it right down. That’s is the case with very inviting unpretentious red.

Dominant wet leaves/damp earth on aroma. Olives, mushrooms and herbs on taste, with good structure and acidity. Warm, but not overly hot like some CdR.
