Vin de Corse Porto Vecchio

This didn't quite do it for me... A bit 1-dimensional, though that could have been just the bottle or my mood.

Fruity but dry Corsican rose. Lovely pairing with salmon and broccoli quiche and ham and cheese on baguette.

Im Korsika Urlaub direkt beim alten Domaine Besitzer (ich wurde erst als Deutscher "veräppelt", dann stellte sich heraus, dass die Frau des Seniors eine Berlinerin ist und es wurde sehr entspannt) probiert und gekauft, daher etwas vom erlebten eingenommen, aber der Wein ist für dieses Geld extrem geschliffen und sehr lecker 😋

Very interinsting wine, well balanced, fruty at first and then have this more complexe twist but remain light

Wonderful earthy aromatics. Palate is a little too dry and austere. $25

Yum.
