This is the Rochebin “La Tour du Bois” Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits Rouge. It’s a super-friendly, zestily fruity Pinot Noir. Bright just-picked cherry fruit and crushed rock dust. Very gulpable, with soft-textured bright fruit in the mouth. It’s bone dry, and has good acids. Great burger wine!
