Bruised apples & pear and ginger with sea spray on the nose. Bruised red apples & pear, ginger/ginger ale notes, cider, yellow florals, piquant minerals, fine, gritty, palate sticky chalkiness, razor sharp acidity with a decent but uninspiring finish. 90% Chardonnay, touch of Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, Cabernet Franc & Chenin Blanc.

Sweet latex, honeyed bergamot and musky lees contact aromas with a regal supple honeyed mid palate attack. A pretty fancy dance for a primarily Melon de Bourgogne. Palate follows with sautéed Granny Smith apples, sweet saffron and wood spice. Quite impressive, if a bit of a dropoff leading into the finish--just keep pouring it into your mouth

Fully sparkling white from Nantes. Expressive, mineral, grassy, & savory. A blend of 5 grapes: Chardonnay, Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, Cab Franc, & Pinot Noir. It's like a boy band with a really good producer who makes them sound amazing.
