Was stunning when we first tasted it, 2014 didn't age well (temperature and moisture controlled environment) and has a young wood/greenish taste which is odd. It's good, but I'm guessing the transition to fully organic wine making must be tricky. I've been drinking Patrick and Valérie NOUVEL's fantastic wines for almost a decade, they're trustworthy and hardworking. This was our first disappointment. It's actually very good, we're just not used to it not being perfect.

Dark red fruits, great overall balance, a hint of oak. A perfectly savory Gaillac! Great winemaking.
