Dissidence de Cant'Alauze Mauzac Blend

A fetching blend of Mauzac vert and Mauzac roux does, proud Gaillac dry white from the Laurent family. @ Vinaviva, Tours, France

Medium bodied, nose of delicate white fruit and floral notes that carries over to the palate before exploding into almond, vanilla extract and brioche, which develop into an extra-long finish (20 sec+). Very unique. N.B. A natural wine, so expect a bit of funk, bubbles and visible sediment.
