Remarkable freshness, apricot and mineral, corn nut aroma, followed by youthful fruit and fruit pit, good length - all biodynamic vineyard that you take a chair lift to get to!

Needs a lot of air. But then it's a seriously good wine.

I don't understand how you can get this textural depth at 11.1% alcohol. But this is gorgeous, nutty, a little buckwheat and starting to turn the slightest tinge of gold.

Raspberry bushes and cranberry with hints of cinnamon, basil, and warm steel on the nose; plum, cherry cola, summer berries on the palate with notes of cocoa, almonds, and slight hints of spicy bubblegum on the finish. Light bodied red with mid-weight tannins. Pretty cool and interesting especially for a gamay, should go well with a hearty fish dish or tomato-based pasta
