What kind of luck is this? That I actually run into a professional who knows the first bottle isn't suppose to show that type of oxidation?! So he chills and opens a second bottle without my mention and settles the fact for himself?!!! This is what restaurants need. Go to Slanted Door if you want incredible service and outstanding food.
