Quite shy on the nose with thyme, rosemary and liquor ice with blackberries and roast meat in the background. Light on the palate, with fine juicy, sappy acidity and polished tannins. No oak at all, just great crunchy fruit. Impeccably balanced with a mineral, mentholy finish. Very fine.
