Beautiful deep and a little spicy. Kept it crisp with a traditional Greek meal of lamb and tzatziki.

Chose this because I liked it's name. A little too much acidity to drink without a meal. But kinda funky and kinda oaky and I kinda dig it... Next time with a steak !
