Comparing this to the 2014, the 2007 is more floral approachable. Naturally, given its age. I found this even more difficult to process, but it could just be the alcohol creeping up to me. Other than the repeated notes of rose petals, dark cherries and earth, this wine reminded me of a sweet herbal Chinese tea. Very lovely.
