Great flawless bottle

Green over extracted and over oaked:

Not epic but damn fine. Still youthful and floral with fringes of herbal and horseradish. Clearly pedigree at work.

Uneven, tough year for a great producer.

Coming to life in my glass.

Red cherry, berry fruit, nice richness for 04 with notes of earth, spice & violet

Impressive! One of the better 04’s & the best btl that I have had out of the case. Ripe berry, plum fruits, earth, mineral, sweet & savory spices with good depth & length

Dried plummy fruits with lots of spice that seemed on the riper side despite the vintage.

Mind blowing!
I think angels were singing when I had my first sip. Tasting absolutely perfect right now- still moderate acid, tart and juicy red cherry flavor.
