NV Domaine Collin Cuvée Prestige Brut Zero. I tasted this Chardonnay-heavy cuvée at Vinisud in February and was instantly charmed. You've got heady white flowers like gardenia and white jasmine on the nose, with some candied pineapple, honey, beeswax and tea (the Chenin coming through despite its small quotient.) Really tastes like Saumur brut! Palate is crisp and clean with high-toned acids and not an ounce of extra weight. For Champagne lovers on a budget - this bottle shines.
