2015 vintage. Already very drinkable, mid-gold, although we decanted. Great texture and mouthfeel with opulent flavours of tree-ripened white stone fruit. Did well with crab raviolo and a calf’s brain & ceps salad at the excellent Medlar in Chelsea, London.
