Le Chapitre Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Deeply reductive, wild and funky, so much new wood, but at the same time, crunchy, delicate, airy, and ethereal. If it weren’t Bizot I definitely would’ve been questioning the reduction and new wood but since it’s Bizot I’m just going to love it 😂

Superb Bourgogne. Out punches it's class. Very pleasant stemminess. Great crunchy red fruit. Subtle oak frame. Tough to beat for the money in Burgundy.

Such a rarity to drink these tonight. Soaring spice, cherry, berry fruits showing great purity, transparency & floral notes.

In de mond is het gewoon pinot noir en dus niet mijn ding maar die neus. Zoo indrukwekkend mooi.

🤯🤯🤯 Mind blown!!! This regional Bourgogne Le Chapitre out punches anything in it’s class as well as many 1er Cru I’ve had elsewhere. 100% stems which may be what adds the slightly spicy notes that followed the ethereal red berry flavors that just float across your palate. Lived up to the hype!
