Dec 21st, 20161st CV comp. Vs '06 and '10 Fleuriet Sancerre Tradition (added'08 at end). '06 in Cali bottle for a week. Golden color and more mellow than'10. Acids resolved and balanced with good structure. Nose more oxidized with melon, more pronounced than when first opened. '10 nose more hints of grassy hay, herbaceous (cats pee?), Asparagus. Palate more acidic and sharp, as is finish that's medium. Mentou-Salon more muted nose with more minerals than grass. Palate acidic with more burn and long acidic finish. Added '08 later. Nose between other two vintages. Closer to '10 with grassy notes. Acidic body and finish. Interesting comp. Rank'06 first at 9.0. '08 '10 8.9. Mentou-Salon 8.8.
