Comparing Chards from Cali and burgundy is likely unfair but I did it blind and good heck does the Bourgogne win. More elegant, more nuanced and fuck all more delicious I am into this Côte de Nuits sassy white lady. More will follow on the bloggy but for now let us say of the biodynamic gem: medium body, medium minus acid, lovely green fruit, there is a peach or apricot and maybe a gooseberry (although I am still getting to know these elusive said specimens) going on...it is good. It's preferable to shitty oaky Cali Chards

White flowers on the nose, not a very varietal nose. The palate is really lovely with lots of white fruits and a silk layer that makes it really good. Superb experience
