Dry, red fruits, tannic and elegant. The early harvest captured the freshness of the dawn and the warmth of the Languedoc. Organic wine.

Excellent spicyness and fruit. Depth of flavour and really hitting its straps after 7 years. Great value also.

Floral nose, but of the fruit variety. Dry side. There's something very familiar that sits at the back if your throat afterwards, but i can't place it.
