Plus de matière que dans mon souvenir, riche et étoffé, le nez fait la place belle aux épices nord africaines, à l'animal et aux fruits rouges. En bouche, cannelle, clous de girofle, fruits rouges d'une belle générosité, acidité et tannins riches mais équilibrés. Poulet berbères, steaks classiques ou mijotés de bœuf saurait le mettre en valeur.
