This was another mature wine, also long past its prime. Reasonably nice nose. Had a glass but lost structure too quickly to enjoy more. Basically lost any fruit and little structure.

Jan 19th, 2016Plus de matière que dans mon souvenir, riche et étoffé, le nez fait la place belle aux épices nord africaines, à l'animal et aux fruits rouges. En bouche, cannelle, clous de girofle, fruits rouges d'une belle générosité, acidité et tannins riches mais équilibrés. Poulet berbères, steaks classiques ou mijotés de bœuf saurait le mettre en valeur.
