Very easy drinking. Just enough sweetness to combat any harsh acidity. Not acidic at all, really. Smooth. A little earth and leather on the nose. Apple and light citrus on the palate. Tangerine, I was reminded of. Some sort of faint flowery note as well. Maybe violet? No lingering coppery aftertaste that I find in some sparklings. You're always ready for your next sip. And therein lies the danger. Easy to finish your glass rather quickly. Cheers!
