This became an unexpected winner once I found the right glassware. The Dogfish snifter displayed the aromatics but dissipated the carbonation, which was unflattering for this no-acid beverage. Inniskillin glass saved it. Otherwise, try a small/narrow white wine glass.

I wouldnt kill my mother for a bottle, unless she were terminally ill. My nose tells me im about to drink prosecco, but fuck that, noise! Tastes like the grapesauce from my grandmothers' wheelbarrow accident.
