Fleur de Passion à Cramant Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

I preferred this vintage a couple years ago, but still solid.

I don't know. Still so tight. Totally enjoyable but I know I'm drinking too soon. Linear and crystalline (which I appreciate) but not showing its class. Needs more time. #NYE

It was excellent with the fried chicken.

Champagne is the best cure for a case of the Mondays.
