Pale yellow color, medium (-) body. Aroma of peach, pear white flowers. In taste is round and bit silky (MLF) with citrus fruit acidity (lemon) and yellow grapefruit skin bitterness, but also quince and apples. Don't feel oak, elegant, balanced and easy drinking wine with catchy palate, for sure not boring.

Drinking on itself but pasta with mushrooms (champignons) would be great addition.
