Lees, lees, lees on the nose and the palate. Very toasty and creamy, nutty flavors. A joy to drink because of its unique flavor. A very cool Chardonnay that shows off the low dosage through it's straightforwardness. This is the kind of champagne that makes you stop and think about the winemaking process. Very cool. Would love to have again soon.
