Peak perfect. Tertiary flavors abound but the fruit still wins the finish.

Flat and meh (both). Other Dessilani wines have done better so I’m suspecting some bottle var?

With about 30-45 min of air this gained density. Good stuff, some excellent northern Piedmont Nebbiolo character.
