Cyparis Ventoux 2017 - domaine demazet
Very nice CDR. Blackberry and olive and garrigue on the nose. There is a bit of red fruit too like Raspberry. The palate is very well balanced with a good acid drive, a good width, a silky, milky mouthfeel, a good tannins wall with a drying effect and a good finish with that drying effect, a big bright blackberry note and a tiny bit of bitterness. This is a cheap wine with a huge value
