Del Maguey
Minero Single Village Mezcal
Not as smokey. Really nice, but crazy flavorful. A nuke in your mouth.

Aug 19th, 2013Quite possibly the most complex spirit I've ever had. Fruity, play-doh-y, vegetal, and slightly smoky, in a New York Roasted Chestnuts on Christmas sort of way. I wish I had gallons, and endless supply of this. Other Mezcal within their production - the chichicapa and pechuga are absolute experiences, but I have to say, price to quality ratio, the minero has them all beat.

Jul 29th, 2013Only lightly smokey, distinct and complex fruitiness reminiscent of honeydew melon, plesantly sweet, a slight clean/fresh/green vegetal note like cucumber. So delicious! Thanks for sharing Josh!
