Really quite a nice crozes-hermitage, especially for $23 on sale. Dark and inky in the glass. But regardless of the obvious youth still accessible. Some dark berry fruit on the nose. Palate has some fruit and some nice olive-y notes. Great acid and medium tannins, well balanced. For some reason Syrah called out to me with the snow.
