Super aromatic, complex, balanced, non traditional blend totally works

Garrigue, chewy tannins, happy place.

Solid. Only a little bit on the "animal" side right now.

Past its prime

Very nice nose of sour cherry, black currant, blackberry, some leather, some hay. Very nice nose, fruity and intense, still very young. The palate is very well balanced with a radiant cherry along the way, some nice soft touch on the sides, lively tannins before a cherry, currant finish that lasts for very long. This is still very young and can easily hold for another 10 years.

Now this is what Cabernet should taste like!

Almost like an Italian fancy, more Bordeaux style

With steak at Osso.

Took a bit to open up but was amazing once that happened.
