2014 Daryl Rex Groom Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel

An exemplary effort, this Zinfandel is smooth, not at all jammy, and redolent with blueberry and coffee flavors. It is on the large side of medium bodied, with a slight tingle to the finish. It made an exceptional cocktail wine.
