Phenomenal cab! We drank on its own so no food pairings. Right off the bat I smelled notes of pepper and tobacco. After a few sips got some taste of black cherry and plum skins. After a glass or two we got a musty and cellar taste. A wonderfully dry and smooth wine I can’t recommend enough.
