Very nice and smooth. Definite tannins, but not too heavy. Those ease over time and the wine remains extremely drinkable even 24 hours later. Perhaps longer, but it had all gone by then.

Fantastic bouquet of aniseed, basil, cinnamon and cigars. Palate dropped though, into a current/porty mid section.

Tastes better after aerating a few days. Opened Friday night, loved it Wednesday night. Didn't try it in between.
Was tannic on Friday night. Not nearly as much on follow up
