Chocolate. Berry. Plum. Almost zin-like without the jam. Yum!!

Chocolate-covered cherries, raspberry, licorice, plums, with faint dustiness & tobacco. Mouth is absolutely luscious with tart red cherries, vanilla, med plus tannins & acid. Long yummy finish. Balanced! Go pick up a bottle...now!

Rich, dark chocolate, cherry. Great balance, nice tannin, rounded out the night.

Domestic Carignano. Not too common, and I have to give props to the production practices at this farm. An earth driven aromatic profile, but super juicy palate.. More fruit than one would see in old world carignano, but a valid attempt for its position on earth and of course the demographic that will be consuming it.
