Fresh, crisp, easy-going Chardonnay, periodically mimicrying to SB :)
Lemony yellow colour, light greenish reflectins.
Nose attacks you with complex aroma that reminds me pebble sea coast with pines. Meadow flowers, peach, jasmine follows right after.
Medium body, accurately textured and well-balanced. Flavored by white plum, pear, apricot, some kumquat and lime accent.
Acidity boost on finish. Ripe white currant and lime.
Pairing suggested: mackerel baked in tomato paste.
