Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers.

Dry yet elegant and floral aroma and slight sweet fish. Nicely balanced and great white!

Wanted something unique and got it. Gold color with orange elements. Nose contains melon and slight hints of nail polish, and could even be mistaken for a red. Wine is crisp and clean but lacks depth.

Beeswax, lingering tartness. Good with fatty food.
