Valpolicella Corvina Blend

BIO traditional pinkish colour

Smooth, balanced but lacking character. Very drinkable.

A bit boxed in nothing developed about from a whiff of cherry

Dave and I really love this.

On the dryer side for a valpolicella, certainly I taste the oak, plum. Not very distinctive

The strangest aromas of new tires hit me the moment I put my nose to it. A mishmash of undefined vegetation and berries on the palate. Underwhelmed to put it nicely.

Light and pleasant

Enjoyed two bottles over dinner in Venice. Loved it. Rich and satisfying.
