Labaia Monterosso Frizzante White Blend

りんごや黄桃の果実味。フリツァンテだが、しっかり目のガス圧に感じる。
果実味も香り、旨味もしっかり。後味にはちょっと渋味も。
3日に分けて飲んだが、果実味と炭酸は萎んでいくものの、破綻せず、しっかり旨味があるので、どの状態でも美味しく飲めた。
ちなみに、納豆とも合ったのは驚き。

extremely idiosyncratic sparkling Italian white, first sighted at The Pines. This one had less oregano characteristics than the others I had, but still super herby.

had at The Pines -- super herby Malvasia blend, really huge texture but still singing with acidity. Crazy good.
